As he grew, those same skills naturally transitioned into the world of real estate and affordable housing, where his creativity and problem-solving mindset became real assets.
After moving to Florida, Lampkin expanded into multiple industries. He supported major organizations in IT, launched marketing projects, built websites and digital infrastructure, and eventually stepped fully into land development and manufactured housing.
