Born in Lebanon, Pennsylvania and shaped by hard work from a young age, Lampkin built a versatile foundation in technology, design, graphics, photography, music, and web development. This diverse skill set allowed him to become a solutions-driven thinker, someone who can walk into any challenge and bring clarity, direction and opportunity. As he grew, those same skills naturally transitioned into the world of real estate and affordable housing, where his creativity and problem-solving mindset became real assets.
After moving to Florida, Lampkin expanded into multiple industries. He supported major organizations in IT including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Underarmour, launched marketing projects, built websites and digital infrastructure, and eventually stepped fully into land development and manufactured housing. His work at Florida Pro Homes has made him a trusted advisor for families seeking attainable homeownership. From clearing land and coordinating utilities to overseeing installations and construction, he has become a reliable guide for anyone trying to turn raw land into a livable space.
